Trusteeship is one of the most important roles at Cambridge House. Our Trustees give direction to our work, bringing knowledge and expertise from a variety of sectors and backgrounds to the task of guiding our mission to tackle poverty and social injustice.

We are currently looking for:

A Finance Trustee with:

Recent and relevant financial experience.

A professional accountancy qualification.

Experience of and an understanding of regulations and compliance in terms of financial reporting for the charity sector, including knowledge of FRS 102 and SORP.

A general trustee with skills and experience in one or more of the following.

Fundraising and corporate sponsorship.

Charity marketing and digital communications.

The delivery of frontline services in a community setting.

Youth empowerment, disabled people’s empowerment, housing and homelessness and/or services for people living with mental health or mental capacity conditions.

Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.

Management of community assets.
