Sensational Sports

Sensational Sports provides trampolining and swimming opportunities for young people with complex needs

As part of Cambridge House’s belief that we all deserve the right to access sports, we provide weekly opportunities for young people aged 11-25 with learning and/or physical disabilities to go trampolining and swimming.

Our therapeutic sports activities enable individuals with profound and multiple learning and/or physical disabilities to experience weightlessness and improve muscle tone by practicing rhythmic, three-dimensional movements. Our long term aim is improve the psychological health and emotional well-being of our young people.

Activities take place throughout the school term, all year round, at the following times and places:

  • Trampolining: Tuesdays 3.45-5.30pm at the Salmon Centre (Bermondsey)
  • Swimming: Fridays 3:45 – 5:30pm at the Peckham Pulse

For more information or to book a place, please call Rachel on 020 7358 7716 or email
